While you soak in the silly giggles and the quiet in-between moments, I’m there creating calm. Not just doing your makeup, but holding space for you to settle your nerves, feel taken care of. Weddings come with a lot of emotion, and you do not have to carry all of it alone.
I arrive at your door with everything I could possibly need. But more importantly, I arrive with a steady energy and a heart that genuinely cares. The kind of support that isn’t loud, but you feel it.
The kind that lets you relax in the chair and think, okay… I’m in good hands.
Bridal makeup is so much more than products. It’s the experience of being supported, and cared for before everything begins. Those getting-ready hours set the tone for what comes next.

Bridal 2026 Pricing
Every wedding morning looks a little different, so I like to create a custom quote that’s actually accurate for you.
Once you fill out the contact form, I will send you a personalized bridal guide. Inside the document, you will be able to select the number of services needed and receive an instant quote.
From there, we can schedule a phone or virtual face to face call to go over the details so everything feels clear and as stress-free as possible! When ready, you will receive a contract, to secure your special day, this means I don’t book any other weddings on your day.
Please note that with all bridal bookings a one time $50 administration fee applies.

A few Notes to keep in mind
During peak bridal season (May through the end of August), Saturday bookings have a minimum booking fee of $950.
Weekday weddings (Monday to Friday) do not require this minimum.
Peak Bridal Season
There are no travel fees for weddings in Qualicum, Parksville, or Nanoose Bay.
For locations outside of those areas, travel is calculated based on distance, time, and fuel costs, and it will always be included in your personalized quote so everything is clear up front.
My travel rate is $0.72 per kilometre (as per the CRA guidelines) plus $30 per hour of travel time, both calculated round trip from my studio in Parksville.
For locations that require extended travel or ferry transport, additional costs may apply such as ferry fees and accommodation.
Travel Fees
If the service location is more than 90 minutes from Parksville, overnight accommodations will be required. This policy is in place to ensure safety and reliability, as bridal services often begin early in the morning and may involve extended working hours without breaks. Securing accommodations nearby also helps minimize potential travel delays due to distance, weather, or road conditions.
Accommodations will be arranged once the retainer has been received and the contract has been signed.
Accommodations
Once the contract has been signed and the 30% retainer has been received, the agreed-upon service count and minimum booking amount are reserved exclusively for your event. Because this date and time are held specifically for you and other inquiries are declined, the number of services cannot be reduced after booking.
Additional services may be added if requested in advance and if availability allows. Added services will be reflected in the final invoice.
Services may also be reassigned within the wedding party if needed. For example, if one individual no longer requires services, another member of the wedding party may take their reserved service spot.

after Booking with me :)
Once your proposal and contract are signed and your 30 percent deposit is received, your date is officially saved on my calendar just for you. No double-booking, no maybes, you are locked in, and you can breathe a little easier. Hopefully?!
You’ll receive a confirmation from me, and then we’ll schedule a FaceTime or Zoom chat to go over all the details. If you’re in town, we can absolutely do it in person over coffee or tea, which is always such a fun way to connect. ☕ We’ll talk through your vision, your wedding morning plans, and anything you’re unsure about, so you feel supported right from the start.
Because most weddings are booked far in advance, there may be a stretch where you do not hear from me much, and that is totally normal. But please know I have not forgotten about you for a second. If you’ve signed up for notifications, you’ll also receive a few helpful, fun emails along the way with bridal tips and little reminders that make planning feel lighter.
As we get closer and your trial is booked, we’ll dive into the finer details and create a timeline that fits your day perfectly. And then once wedding week arrives, I’m right there with you in spirit, cheering you on and getting just as excited as you are. 🤩
The night before, I’ll send a quick text to say hi, confirm my arrival time, and grab any final details like your hotel room number if needed.
