Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following booking policies apply to all services provided by Monik Walmsley - Makeup Artist.

Appointments and Deposits

Appointments are confirmed only once the required deposit has been received through our booking system.

Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and secure your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Full service fees will still apply.

Cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within the cancellation window may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Bridal Bookings

Bridal services booked through HoneyBook require signed contracts and retainers. Specific terms for bridal services will be outlined within the service agreement provided at the time of booking.

Health and Sanitation

Professional sanitation and hygiene practices are followed in accordance with industry standards to ensure a safe and clean service environment.

Policy Acceptance

By booking services with Monik Walmsley - Makeup Artist, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Booking and Cancellation Policy.
